Start with a name. The roll answers with how many people carry it, which states and districts they are registered in, how they split by age, and whose name is recorded beside theirs. Narrow it until one person is left, then open their full report.

All these words is the widest useful setting: it finds a middle name you did not type, and regional respellings such as Sanjay and Sanjoy. It also returns names that merely sound alike, which are marked in the results. The name as written drops those. Loose is a last resort.

A relative's name is counted before it is applied: you are told how many people of this name have it recorded beside theirs, and you choose whether to narrow to them.
